Blatant Plagiarism
Boing Boing gives us the link to a great story that happened over the weekend.  Nate Kushner was checking his email when he got a random AIM message from someone.  It turns out she was looking to get someone to write a paper for her... full entry

Daily Show Clips
Courtesy of Boing Boing, we learn of the Daily Show Clip Listing, which parses the publicly available clip information from the Comedy Central site and makes it easier to read/access.  From the Boing Boing entry: This script I’ve been working on (now stable, just not... full entry

Super Office Friends
Here’s a wonderful “mashup” of Superfriends and Office Space.  ”This Place Sucks” takes audio from Office Space and puts it to animation from Superfriends episodes.  The lip-synching is great, but I think the best part is “Drew”.  You’ll know when you see it.  Quicktime file.

Steel Reserve
What can I say about Steel Reserve?  Well, it’s made by Steel Brewing Company, it weighs in at a rather impressive 8% alcohol, and it tastes like crap.  Not as bad, mind you, as Modelo Especial, but it’s pretty rank.  Of course, it’s also about... full entry

The Saga of Bloodninja
Quite a while ago I did an entry When Cybersex Goes Bad about some hilarious transcripts of “cybersex” sessions by Bloodninja.  Well, Boing Boing had a post today that points to some more escapades of our hero Bloodninja.  So, without further ado here is the... full entry

Hoax VW Commercial
My roommate showed this to me.  It’s a hoax commercial for a Volkswagon car.  I really know it shouldn’t be funny, but I can’t help myself.  I laughed pretty hard.

Boys like candy!
Everyone gets messages on their machine that are for the wrong number.  Never have I gotten one where the caller identified that they did indeed hear the outgoing message and did indeed hear that it did not belong to the person they were trying to... full entry

I always wondered!
I really can’t say a whole lot about this. Thanks, Apple!  I was losing sleep over that one! o.O

You Forgot Poland
Unless you were one of the people who missed the first Presidential Debate (that would be for the U.S. presidency...), then you probably understand the significance (and humor!) of the phrase “You Forgot Poland”. If you didn’t happen to catch the debate then fear not.... full entry

Stumbling Home
This same game has been sent to me a couple of times in the last week or so, so I figured I’d go ahead and share it.  Home Run (why that name?) is a Flash game where you try to walk… er, stumble… as far... full entry

I’m Famous… and Frightened!
There’s nothing else really to do for this except to link to the appropriate thread over in the pMachine forums.  That image… oh, man… laughed so hard!

Never Happens to Me
I love it when a non-video game comic strips tackles the topic of video games and gets it right.

Obscure Star Wars References
Okay, I’ll probably brand myself as a severe Star Wars geek for this, but I’ll do it anyway.  I haven’t been posting enough stuff as it is. So… I was watching a bit of the Sci-Fi channel yesterday while channel surfing and they were showing... full entry

Soon I Will be a Ninja!
Oh, yes.  With the help of Vern Reid I can now use an old t-shirt and become the master ninja I always knew I deserved to be.  No one will dare mess with me!

What Do People Search For? (Vol 2)
Because I’m bored, you get to be subjected to another trip through the site referrer logs.  Specifically, my dive through the search terms people have used that ended up with this site.  You may remember volume 1 from a few months ago; feel free to... full entry

Seinfeld and Superman Webisodes
American Express has launched a new format of commercial.  Five minutes long.  And they’re not showing them on tv.  As Jon Stewart put it last night, “because if there’s one thing that people are saying about commercials, it’s, “why can’t they be longer?”, and “I... full entry

IM: Truth is Stranger Than…
Sometimes real life is both stranger and funnier than anything you could make up.  Any of you out there with instant messaging accounts have probably run into the situation: you’re sitting at your computer, innocently minding your own business—maybe you’re balancing your checkbook, maybe you’re... full entry

Fly Me to the Moon
Screw all this earth-side politics… I’m going to the moon.  Well, at least if my application for Google’s forthcoming lunar-based research center is accepted. Living in the giant G.C.H.E.E.S.E. ball would be cool.

Trunk Monkey
Oh, man… I so want my own Trunk Monkey! I saw the first one a while ago, but I didn’t know they had other ads with it, too.  Go watch right now.  Seriously.
