CAPTCHAs ain’t Good
I posted an entry sometime back about CAPTCHAs. In it I mentioned that it may work against spambots and such, but that it’s a major impediment to legitimate users such as those with visual impairments.
Well, it seems that the :W3C: agrees and has issued a draft that criticizes the technique. Sorry anti-spammers, you need to find something new.
