What a fantastic idea!
I wish they’d implement something like this in the UK.
According to Fox News, a new Ohio law makes mandatory what was previously (for the past 37 years) only an option. The law
requires judges to brand convicted drunk drivers with special “scarlet letter” license plates - with red numbers on a yellow background so other motorists will know exactly what they’ve done.
Not a bad idea, actually.
