Eat Less to Lose Weight?
A new breakthrough scientific report says that if you want to lose weight, you need to eat less. Wow, what an insight! Okay, so that’s not revolutionary in the slightest. What disturbs me, though, is just how many people really simply don’t understand this.
If you want to lose weight, simply take in fewer calories than you burn. You can argue for weeks about protein, fat, carbs, etc., etc. but in the end it all simply comes down to calories (or, rather, Calories with a capital “C").
