Foreign Languages and HTML
Mezzoblue put up a nice summary article (almost exactly a year ago, as chance would have it) talking about using foreign languages in :HTML: documents.
Character sets, character encodings, etc. aren’t easy things to work with, so this is a useful article for those people who might need to deal with this subject. You may also want to see this previous article on Unicode and Character Sets I posted some time ago.
