Hot deal ‘vinyl’ CD-R’s under 50 cents each

Today and tomorrow (through 1/17), Office Depot has an in-store only buy one get one free of the Verbatim Digital Vinyl CD-R’s.  The five pack is $4.83, so after the free pack (at register, not a rebate) they end up being 48 cents each.  It’s not like that’s the cheapest I’ve ever seen or anything, but these are in real jewel cases and look incredibly smooth.  Er...ridgy I mean.  They’ve got LP ridges on the top.  But smooth as in cool.

My roommate got some of those a while back; they’re definitely very cool looking.  I also saw some DVD-Rs online recently that looked like movie reels, which is pretty cool.

Those are also made by Verbatim, and is what I picked up for our New Zealand vacation videos.  They are indeed neato.
