Medical Research With A Twist
The South African Medical Journal has published the work of Safura Abdool Karim from the UK for her research of ‘Playstation Thumb’, which is Repetitive Strain Injury from, as it name suggests, too much Playstation.
What is exceptional about this is that Ms Abdool Karim is a 13-year-old and her research subjects are her former schoolmates and the research was for a science project in school. However there was no word whether PS2 or PSPs inflicted the most injuries.
