My New Roommate

So, we got a new roommate in the house yesterday.  Weiland.  He had a bit of a, well, odor to him when he came in yesterday, but overall he seems pretty nice.  He’s certainly friendly enough and he’s been really quiet thus far, so I don’t think we’ll have to worry about asking him to keep the noise level down.

I refer, of course, to one of my real roommate’s new dog. [grin] I managed to snap a few quick pictures to share.  He’s part Boxer, which is pretty evident, but we don’t know what else.  Still, he seems like a really good dog so far.

Update: Weiland just got back from the vet.  He was apparently messing with the sutures and staples from his neutering and pulled some of them out, so Cisco took him back in to the vet.  So, they decided that Weiland needed a bit of help to stop doing that.  I don’t want to laugh, but it’s kind of hard to help myself. [grin]

Wow… it’s like a combo of my dogs…

It’s got my Great Dane’s markings and face (kind of), but in my boxer’s body.

weird.

Ha!  That’s creepy, Les.  Maybe Chris’s roomate has a Great Doxer.

When Cisco got back from the vet he mentioned that they think it’s a Boxer/Pit Bull mix.  I can definitely believe that looking at him.
