Old Timey Commercial

Well my new tv commercial for Hoopers is finished.  It’s a play on old 50’s “educational” films put out by the state department.  It was a difficult sell to the client on concept, but when he saw it finished, he loved it, realizing that it will grab attention when it plays immediately following whatever cookie cutter prescription drug or diet pill commercial that is spamming the airwaves.

Yes, it’s their primary ad for pre-Thanksgiving.  I’m working on another one that they will run from Thanksgiving to Christmas.

Very nice ad! I loved the theme of it and while it felt a little slow up front, it paid off in the end. Nice job!

Thanks, CC.  There’s a 30 second version that moves more quickly that will be shown more than the full version.  I had considered putting it up as well, and perhaps I should, to show how the same message can be conveyed with varying lengths.
