TiVoToGo MPEG2 Decrypting

Boing Boing linked to a site detailing how to be able to decrypt your TiVoToGo files so that you can do something such as remove the commercials before you archive them.  I got excited when I saw the post and immediately went to the instructions.

Unfortunately, it looks like my celebrating might have been a bit premature.  While I don’t doubt that these instructions might work, they’re horribly complicated.  That’s way, way too confusing for normal usage.  Guess I’ll just have to wait some more for one of those “one-click” solutions to appear. [sigh]

Any instructions that include the phrase “Dig around for...” three times need a little simplification, heh.
